PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment such as Cash App.
Service-Based Terms:
Residential & Commercial Junk Removal: No deposit required. Payment is due upon completion. You’ll receive a clear estimate before we begin, with all pricing confirmed on-site
Residential & Commercial Cleanouts: A 25% deposit is required before work begins. Balance due upon completion.
Construction/Yard Debris Removal: No deposit for standard loads; 25% deposit may be required for large/multi-trailer jobs. Balance due upon completion.
Material Pickup & Delivery: A 50% deposit is required before we transit to pickup the materials and deliver them. Balance due upon delivery.
Late or non-payment policy
At ClearPoint Junk Removal, LLC, we appreciate prompt payment to help us keep operations running efficiently and continue offering reliable service.
Payment is expected immediately after service completion.
Payment owed not received after 3 business days it will incur a $25 late fee.
If payment owed not received after 10 business days it will incur a $50 late fee.
If payment owed not received after 14 business days, a final notice will be sent and owed amount will be referred to a collection agency.
If payment is still withheld, we will pursue legal avenues to recoup balance owed plus fees incurred.
No-Contact Pickup Policy
we understand that safety and flexibility are more important than ever. Whether you're practicing social distancing, unavailable to meet in person, or simply prefer a hassle-free experience, our No-Contact Pickup option provides a secure, convenient solution for junk removal—without face-to-face interaction.
Book online, by phone, or by email. When booking, simply mention "No-Contact Pickup" as your preferred option.
Place all items to be removed in a designated, easily accessible outdoor location such as:
Curbside
Driveway
Garage (with door left open)
Front porch or side yard
Items should be clearly labeled if left in shared spaces (e.g., apartment complexes or commercial buildings).
Our team will confirm your appointment and arrival window via text, phone, or email.
You’ll receive a courtesy call or message when we’re on the way, and again once the job is complete—along with before-and-after photos if requested.
Please ensure the items are accessible and safe for removal.
For large, bulky, or heavy items (like furniture or appliances), ensure there is a clear pathway to avoid delays or safety risks.
If weather is a concern, items should be covered or placed in a sheltered area.
cANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: A 60% refund will be refunded.
Cancel less than 24 hours in advance: Deposit is non-refundable.
If canceled at time of arrival or if access is denied: $80 trip charge applies.
If rescheduling, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
